Q&A Session Highlights

Q: What are some of your strengths and weaknesses in the kitchen?
A: “Originally, I thought being a women in the Culinary world was a weakness, but I soon found out it was actually a strength.”

A: What is on your bucket list as a chef?
Q: “When I first started out, I wanted my own restaurant but I quickly realized it is not as easy as it seems… After working around the world, I found my own cuisine (“half-half” of Mediterranean and American) so one of my dreams is to publish my own cookbook.”

Q: What do you look for in a cook?
A: “Experience is not entirely important. Accountability is one of the most important, but also one of the hardest qualities to find in our [culinary] industry.”
