WIOA

Our exclusive partnerships with federally funded WIOA partners provide Universal Workforce Development Training to all students.

For students up to 24 years of age, we are an exclusive partner of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).  WIOA is a federal program that focuses on preparing students to enter the workforce by providing job skills and career training.

Learn4Life works directly with more than 35 local WIOA partners throughout California to provide students with job training, internships and placement support services while working on their high school diploma.

Once enrolled in both programs, students work with a WIOA case manager who helps refine their skills and receive a year of follow up. Partnering with WIOA allows us to serve students – ages 19 – 24 – who have aged out of the traditional school system, so that they can earn a high school diploma and job training services all in one.

100% of students will receive Universal WIOA Services at Learn4LIfe through WIOA screenings conducted at orientation, our Professional Skills course, work readiness workshops, guest speakers, mock interviews and workplace tours.

More than 1,000 students -- a 95% growth since October 2017 -- have received WIOA case managed services through our exclusive WIOA partnerships.
